Who we are

AI All Social ("we", "us") is a product of Meadow Mountain AI LLC, which operates the AI studio for generating and editing social-media images at https://aiallsocial.com. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account info — your email address (for sign-in and account management), handled via our auth provider Supabase.
• Content you create — the text prompts you enter and the images you generate or upload, plus the resulting images, which we store so you can access them in your Library.
• Usage data — counts of generations/edits to enforce your plan's quota.
• Billing info — subscription status and a customer ID from Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — payments are handled entirely by Stripe (or Apple, for in-app purchases).
• Technical data — standard server logs (IP, timestamps) for security and reliability.

How your prompts and images are processed (AI)

To generate or edit an image, the prompt you type and any image you upload are sent to Google's Gemini API, which produces the result. We send only what's needed to fulfill your request. We do not sell your content, and we don't use your private images to train our own models.

Service providers (subprocessors)

We rely on a small number of trusted providers, each with their own privacy terms:

• Supabase — authentication, database and image storage.
• Google (Gemini) — AI image generation/editing.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Netlify — website/app hosting.

How we use your data

To operate the service (generate and store your images), enforce plan limits, process payments, provide support, keep the service secure, and comply with the law. We do not sell your personal data.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your account data and images while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Billing → Delete account in the app, which removes your stored images and account data. You can also email us to request deletion.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR/UK GDPR, CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise them.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies/local storage needed to keep you signed in. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We'll update this page and the "last updated" date when this policy changes.
