Terms of Service

Acceptance

AI All Social is operated by Meadow Mountain AI LLC ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live).

The service

AI All Social lets you generate and edit social-media images with AI, sized for various platforms. Features and limits may change over time.

Your account

You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Subscriptions, billing & cancellation

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or yearly) and auto-renew until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime from Billing → Manage; you keep access until the end of the current period. Web payments are processed by Stripe; in-app purchases are processed and governed by Apple.
• One-time credit packs are consumed as you use them and are non-refundable.
• Except where required by law (or by App Store policy for in-app purchases), fees are non-refundable. Quotas reset each billing period and don't roll over.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to create, upload, or distribute content that:

• is illegal, or sexual content involving minors (zero tolerance);
• impersonates a real person or is a deceptive "deepfake";
• infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights;
• is hateful, harassing, threatening, or promotes violence; or
• attempts to abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or circumvent quotas or security.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Your content & ownership

You keep the rights to images you upload. As between you and us, you own the images you generate, to the extent permitted by the AI provider's terms. You are responsible for how you use your images — including making sure a logo, mark, or likeness you create or use doesn't infringe someone else's rights.

AI output disclaimer

Images are produced by an AI model. They may be imperfect, may unintentionally resemble existing works, and are not guaranteed to be unique or free of third-party rights. Before using any output commercially — especially logos and brand marks — you should verify it doesn't conflict with existing trademarks or copyrights. The service is provided for your own use; we don't provide legal clearance.

Our intellectual property

The AI All Social name, brand, site, and software are owned by Meadow Mountain AI LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months before the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content or your misuse of the service.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, where Meadow Mountain AI LLC is based, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
